The title might be a bit confusing so I'll explain.
Dragoon is a title that's achieved much like General for the Dragon realm.
How do you gain this title? Usually you don't, however due to Feyd's influence and well... interference Jing has become the one knight that has committed himself to all three of the Royal court siblings of the Dragon Realm (Duncan, Chase and Faya). This puts him at a higher standing then most knights.
Jing's responsibilities have skyrocketed and he hates it. The title also allows him to choose a bride within the Dragon Realm. (He however doesn't know this yet)

I think Jing is looks high class when his long forehead is showing. Where we can see all his eyes, eyebrows and all that. I find that Jing plus the grey wig right before Duncan cut his hair is the one of the most stunning combos out of all your dolls. Duncan's up there too.
